Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 pike-perch fillets (150 g each)
- a little lemon juice
- salt, pepper
- 600 ml of water and salt
- 150 g corn grits
- 400 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Water as needed, herbs, salt
Preparation

Drizzle lemon juice over the pike-perch fillets, season with salt and pepper, and sauté them in oil on both sides.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and slowly stir in the cornmeal. Then let it swell slowly over low heat, stirring constantly.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces.

To make the marinade, mix together the oil, vinegar, water, and herbs, then pour it over the tomatoes.
Tip:
Millet or rice can be used instead of polenta.
