Breakfast and snacks
Ingredients for 2 persons
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g fine maize semolina (polenta)
- some cinnamon
- ½ tsp honey
Preparation

Warm the milk while stirring constantly and let the semolina gradually mix in. Continue stirring over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Stir in the cinnamon and honey as required. If the porridge is too thick, warm milk can be added.
