Breakfast and snacks
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 75 g zucchini
- 75 g carrots
- 125 g skimmed curd
- 1 tbsp mineral water
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- salt, pepper
Preparation

Wash the vegetables. Finely grate the zucchinis and carrots and squeeze out the liquid well by hand.
2.
Stir the skimmed curd cheese with the mineral water until smooth.
3.
Mix the zucchini, carrots and chives with the skimmed curd cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
