Soups
Ingredients for 2 servings of soup
- 1/4 1/4 cucumber
- 1 little mature tomato
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 TL Vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp bread cubes
- 3 basil leaves
- some mild paprika powder
Preparation of the soup
1.
Wash, clean and chop the vegetables.

Finely puree the finely chopped vegetables together with the olive oil, vinegar, bread cubes and basil using a hand blender.
Flavour with a little paprika powder.

Either serve immediately or chill the soup in the fridge (for a short time).
