Ingredients for 2 servings
- 400 g chickpeas (canned)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g cucumber
- Vinegar
- 1 TL olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
Preparation

Wash the chickpeas and drain well.

Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes, peppers and cucumber into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Mix in the chickpeas. Marinate with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
Advice:
Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, cook them in the soaking water for about 30 to 40 minutes. Then drain the water and leave the chickpeas to cool.
