Breakfast and snacks
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200 g strawberries
- 50 g blueberries
- grapes
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts
- Lemon balm
Preparation
1.
Wash and drain the strawberries, blueberries and grapes.
2.
Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place in a bowl with the other fruit.
3.
Sprinkle walnuts over the fruit salad and serve garnished with lemon balm.
Tip:
Other nuts can be used instead of walnuts, e.g. hazelnuts. The types of fruit can also be varied.
