Ingredients for 2 servings
- 100 g salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of wholemeal toast
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Fresh herbs to taste (e.g. parsley or dill)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 toothpicks
Preparation
1.
Cold salmon fillett abwash und and pat dry. Wash and cut tomatoes and salad leaves.

Toast in the oven or in a toaster until light brown roast. Mix the yoghurt with the herbs in a bowl. and mix it

Fry the fillet with the oil in a pan and then
then drizzle with lemon juice. Spread the toast slice with the yoghurt sauce and
evenly with the salmon, tomato pieces and lettuce leaves. Place the remaining slice of toast on top. fry in a pan with the oil and subsequently and with Lemon juice drizzle Slice of toast with the yoghurt sauce and
-- with salmontomato pieces and Cover with lettuce leaves. The remaining slice of toast on top set.

The finished sandwich Fix with toothpicks and cut into triangles.
