Breakfast
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 g berries
- 1 apple
- a little lemon juice
- 100 g wholegrain cereal flakes
- 250 g low-fat yogurt (1 %)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed crushed
Preparation

Wash the fruit. Cut the apple into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2.
Stir the cereal flakes into the yogurt and leave to soak briefly. Mix with the fruit and linseed and serve straight away.
